Inpatient Admission Process
Appointment
Department & Centers
Receive either outpatient or emergency center doctor's decision for admission and complete the admission agreement forms
After the diagnosis, the doctor determine whether to hospitalize the patient.
Process admission at the check-in desk (provide necessary forms and medical insurance card)
After filling and submitting necessary forms to the check-in desk, receive the room assignment and hospitalization information.
·- Required documents for admission : - Hospitalization agreement, medical insurance card or resident registration card
·- In the case of walk-in admission :
- In the case of emergency, a room is assigned prior to proceeding the entire admission process.
- This is applicable only if a room is available to the patient.
Room Assignment
the hospitalization procedure, the patient is admitted to the ward.
Informed with precautions during hospitalization
Complete the admission procedure
Discharge determined by the doctor's diagnosis
The patient's doctor notifies the patient at least a day prior to the discharge
The total fee is evaluated by the Insurance Inspection Team
Discharge fee is processed
Patient makes the payment and make a future outpatient appointment
Discharges are taken place at the first floor of the East Building at the Check-out desk(Make the payment)
Receive a receipt of the payment and informed with the discharge directions
After receiving a receipt of the payment, take the receipt to the check-in desk nurse; receive the prescription or medication from the nurse and informed with the discharge instructions.
·As a protective measure for the inpatient from any infection or safety risks, please strictly observe the visiting time.
·Only one guardian with the badge is allowed to access the inpatient units.
·Visitors without the guardian badge are limited to visit the inpatient only in an assigned area for the visiting time.
·Once/week : Afternoon 18:00 - 20:00
·Weekend or national holiday (One day, twice) : Morning 10:00 – 12:30 Afternoon 18:00 - 20:00
·- Intensive Care Unit (Once/day) 13:00 - 13:30
Transferring to other unit (changing the room)
If any patient desiring to transfer to another room, either general room (6 patients) or upgraded room (1 – 3 patients), request it to the nurse first or at the check-in desk.
Transportation by an ambulance
If the patient wants to take the ambulance when discharged, it can be requested at the check-in desk at a cost within or around the city.

Bring your own cup, personal toiletries, slippers, and towels.

In addition to regular restrooms, restrooms for handicapped are available.

Emergency call to your nurse
In the case of an emergency, press the button on the wall in your room or restroom.
Each ward has a kitchen equipped with refrigerator, barley tea, water purifier, hot water, and microwave and patients may request to have their food heated up.
